We invest speculatively and selectively in properties with the potential for disproportionate returns due to a positive impact on the community. Our investment partners are fellow advocates for improving cities through strategic and opportunistic investments in infill neighborhoods.
Infill Redevelopment.
We improve properties that help build or restore communities impacted by generations of poor urban planning and lack of equality.
